![]() ![]() Unfortunately, the same does not apply in case of price as the Eee Pad Transformer running Windows 8 is expected to sport a higher sticker price than its Honeycomb counterpart. ![]() In the meantime time though, Asus will have enough time to give the Transformer a thorough once over so that the new Windows 8 Transformers will sport a lighter and thinner form, something that is all too common in case electronic devices. The new Windows version and a sequel to the current Windows 7 is not likely to be ready before beginning 2012 so the Transformer running Windows 8 is still some time away. So how about a Windows version of the same? Well, Asus might be thinking along the same line so that we might get to see the Transformer running Windows 8 early next year. Needless to say, the entire setup has been impressive and the Transformer has been well received in the market so far. We have already seen the Asus Eee Pad Transformer with it being Android Honeycomb running the show from behind the scenes. ![]()
